1. Accounts

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You hereby agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Service or any software, documentation, or data related to the Service.
- Copy, replicate, clone, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, the user interface design, features, functions, workflows, and overall "look and feel."
- Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use in your internal business operations.
- Rent, lease, distribute, sell, resell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service.
Liquidated Damages for Breach of Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that any breach of this Section 2 will cause irreparable harm to ACESS.ai for which monetary damages would be inadequate. You agree that in the event of such a breach, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, ACESS.ai will be entitled to seek injunctive relief. Furthermore, you agree that if you, your company, your employees, or any party acting on your behalf, develops, markets, or sells a product or service that copies, replicates, or is otherwise derived from the Service, you shall be liable to pay ACESS.ai liquidated damages equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of all gross revenue and remuneration you gain from such activities, from the date of the breach.
3. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
4. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall ACESS.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The output of the AI features is for informational and guidance purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for financial or contractual commitments. ACESS.ai does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
